Luxury Ski Travel Specialist Duties:
- Build friendly, professional & efficient relationships with our customer and suppliers.
- Manage and plan the customer ski trips from point of sale to return from holiday.
- Liaise between the chalet operator / supplier and the customer to ensure the smooth organisation of all aspects of the holiday.
- Book client’s holiday requirements, including ski lift passes and lessons, restaurant bookings, airport transfers.
- Assist with website updates and amends to ensure that the site is current and accurate.
Luxury Ski Travel Specialist – Essential Requirements:
- Knowledge of European ski resorts and summer villa destinations is essential from a tour operator background. Ski product knowledge preferred over villas.
- Or experience of working in the ski and villa industry, and who have been previously based in a resorts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of chalet and villa products and operations
- Language (French Spanish or German) an asset but not a must
