New luxury travel agency Club Voyages has launched on ongoing training, coaching and mentoring programme for its team of homeworkers.
The programme will be delivered by Reality Training, with online sessions hosted by Training Director Jeremy Blake. Included is a session specifically on social media, provided by Travel Gossip MD Bruce Martin.
Club Voyages’ founder, former cruise writer Sam Ballard, said: “ I firmly believe in the power of coaching, so am thrilled to have Jeremy and the Reality Training team on board as our training partner, and to be able to offer this programme as part of our support package to our agents.
“Reality Training has an excellent reputation and has worked with many big names in the travel industry. I’ve seen personally how adept they are at taking sales people from good to great, and am very confident that agents who work with us will be very excited at the prospect for professional development that they’ll get as a result of the training we’ll now offer them.
