Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator Duties:
- Confirm holiday bookings and services for the Travel Consultants
- Send all holiday confirmation documentations and ensure booking detail is correct before operations commence on the final documentation.
- Send all relevant information (such as passport details, dietary requirements, birthdays, celebrations) to suppliers.
- Send updated documents to clients and agents when there has been an associated flight time or date change.
- Booking of additional travel services and transfers for Travel Consultants.
- Ensure guides and drivers have all the information required for each respective client travel itinerary.
Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator – Essential Requirements:
- Travel industry experience is ideal
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Exceptional customer service and rapport building.
- Excellent writing skills and command of English grammar
- Numerate and data literate
