Luxury Travel Sales Support Executive Duties:
- Confirm all travel services on behalf of the sales team and complete the relevant checklists for all bookings.
- Generate, check and format confirmation documentation for all travel bookings.
- Support the sales team with booking amendments.
- Maximising every opportunity to upsell and proactively offer additional services.
- Handling payments and invoices.
- Diary management in Outlook– adding in clients’ birthdays and sending cards.
- Assist with calling hotels & suppliers to find out availability.
Essential Requirements:
- Sales support, administration or customer service experience is essential within the travel industry.
- We would consider travel sales candidates from a tour operator looking to get into a support role.
- Excellent writing skills and command of English grammar.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
