The successful travel candidate must have experience in handling VIP clients in a bespoke leisure travel background able to speak eloquently with exceptional communication skills.
VIP Travel Consultant Duties:
- Arranging luxury travel for high net-worth travel clients.
- Provide excellent customer service from start to finish, think outside the box and find solutions for high-net-worth clients, sometimes at the very last minute.
- You will be supported with our clients excellent supplier relationships (as well as being expected to build new ones), negotiated contracts and an extremely friendly and helpful team around you.
- Paying particular attention to exemplary service. No detail is spared, no question is left unanswered, and nothing is left to chance. You are always one step ahead.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury/bespoke travel with a proven track record in sales within a tour operator or travel agent
- Fluent in English, additional language a plus (preferably Arabic)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner and written communication style
- International travel experience and destination knowledge
- Ability to curate travel itineraries from scratch
