GTouring brands Travelsphere and Just You are inviting agents who’ve never sold an escorted tour to apply for a fam place.

The brands are planning to run their biggest fam trip programme to date in 2025, building on the success of five trips they ran this year. Next year, the trips will be organised according to each agent’s experience.

‘Beginner’ trips will be available for agents who have never sold an escorted tour; ‘Intermediate’ fam trips are on offer for agents who sell a small number of tours annually and are eager to expand their business, while ‘Top Sellers’ fam trips will be specially designed for agents who excel in selling escorted tours.

Each fam trip will be designed to align with the agent’s experience level, providing targeted insights into identifying touring customers, effective marketing strategies, and ways to maximise earning potential.

UK Trade Sales Director Tom Morgan said: “This new approach to our fam trips is part of our ongoing mission to empower our travel agent partners. By both tailoring trips to make them more relevant and increasing the level of training, we ensure that every agent, regardless of their experience, can gain valuable insights that will help them succeed in selling escorted tours.”

Further details on the 2025 fam trips will be released later this year.

In the meantime, agents interested in joining a Beginner fam trip can apply by agencysales@travelsphere.co.uk with a brief explanation of why they want to learn how to sell escorted tours.

Applications are open until 11.59pm on 31 October.
