The JG Travel Group has restructured its product division, separating its portfolio of breaks into two teams and creating two new Heads of Product.
The Escorted and Coach Touring team will cover the group’s programmes in the UK, Ireland and Europe including traditional coach breaks, Heritage & Culture escorted tours and no-fly river cruising range.
The Specialist Product team will be responsible for the group’s events break programme across the UK and Europe, including London theatre and attractions breaks, Northern Lights and solar eclipse holidays.
Two new roles have been created, each reporting into Joanna Roberts, who was recently promoted to Product Director at JG Travel Group.
Chris Yianni (pictured, right) has been appointed into the new Head of Touring position. He joins from Blue Bay Travel, and prior to that he held head of product roles at both Saga Holidays and Mercury Holidays.
Chris Allen (pictured, left) has been promoted internally from his role as Product Manager, into the new Head of Specialist position.
He joined the JG Travel Group in 2020 from Specialist Leisure Group, where he headed up the Sportingbreaks.com brand.
