Turkish airline Corendon will launch flights from both London Gatwick and Manchester to Heraklion in Crete next summer.
Commercial Director Mine Aslan said Crete was ‘the first of several new destinations’ it plans to feature from the UK in the coming years.
The Crete service will operate twice weekly from both Gatwick and Manchester.
Corendon has also added flights from London Stansted for next summer, with a three-times-a-week service to Antalya in Turkey.
“These additional flights will now increase our summer 2024 capacity to over 360,000, our biggest programme from the UK so far.” added Mine.
