Seaside Travel is looking to hire six staff for its 10th store, which will open later this summer.
The 20-year-old north-east based agency chain has more than doubled in size in the past 12 months, during which it has opened six new stores.
Sales staff numbers have doubled from 24 to 48, led by a management team of five.
Nicola Park, the sole owner and Director, has just picked up the keys for her newest store, which is in Guisborough.
It was only three months ago that she opened her ninth store, in Bolden Colliery, her first in South Tyneside.
“Well we had to open shop number 10, we could not stop at nine,” she laughed. “I’m blown away by how many Seasiders I have now and we are going to keep growing.”
Nicola described Guisborough as ‘a thriving market town’, adding that it has’ total embraced Seaside Travel’.
She is looking to hire a full-time Manager, a full-time Assistant Manager and four part-time or full-time sales staff for the new shop, due to open in ‘late summer’.
Seaside Travel, a member of Hays Independence Group, also has branches in County Durham, Hartlepool and Northumberland.
