Not in the Guidebooks has increased its accommodation in Finnish Lapland to meet growing demand during the festive period.

The company’s new additions for winter 2024-25 are located in the town of Nellim in the Arctic Circle, and include glass-roofed igloos that can sleep up to six, and a four-bedroom log cabin for up to eight.

Activities such as a meeting with Santa, a visit to see reindeer and a husky ride are included in the price.

Not in the Guidebooks Sales Director Debbie Sowden said: “Lapland is an important and growing market for us. By adding this wonderful accommodation, we now have options to suit everyone looking to visit Lapland, whether it is on one of our increasingly popular winter breaks to see the Northern Lights or a magical Christmas trip. We’re particularly excited about our four-bedroomed luxury cabins, which we are sure will be a hit with larger families and groups.”
