Experience specialist Not In The Guidebooks is looking to hire four new people to expand its team.

CEO Carole Savage said the new roles will help support and grow the business following its second crowdfunding campaign.

It is looking for a new Marketing Manager, a Product Manager, Sales and Operations Supervisor and Business Development Manager.

Carole said: “Since launching the business we have had incredible support from the trade, and we are now working with many of the UK’s leading travel companies.

“To ensure we continue to provide the best proposition and support to our partners, whilst investing further in the business, we now need to scale up the team.

“We would like to think that these positions will be attractive to those already working in the travel industry who are keen to work as part of a small but hardworking team that has big plans.”

Sales Director Debbie Sowden said the new BDM would help support the trade and handle the growing number of telephone and email enquiries.

“We are getting quite busy, lots of people are contacting us and we need to support them, whether it’s in training or marketing or sales.”

More than 8,000 travel agents have registered to use the NITG website since the business launched in 2019.

It now works with many of the UK’s leading brands including Travel Counsellors, Hays Travel, Midcounties Co-op, Advantage and TTNG and recently announced a partnership with Gold Medal’s Incredible Journeys brand.
