Not Just Travel has strengthened training and support for its consultants by promoting Concierge Experience Manager Dean Mattocks to Business Development Manager.
Dean, pictured above with Head of Operations Laura Simpson, joined the company in December 2022 and has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry.
Co-founder Steve Witt said: “With his significant industry expertise, Dean has already made a fantastic contribution to the team.
“In his first 30 days in his new role, Dean has received amazing feedback from consultants as well as helped directly generate a significant increase in sales.
“He is integral to levelling up the expertise of our consultants and also provides a point of contact for those looking for advice.”
Steve said NJT had also increased the number of bespoke training sessions it runs throughout the year, focusing on a range of topics including better sales techniques, customer retention, promotion and social media, and new technology.
