Luxury villa specialist Oliver’s Travels has bought a Spanish villa rental operator in Menorca.
The acquisition of Menorca Private Owners adds 32 new properties to Oliver’s portfolio, giving it 159 villas on the Spanish island.
It is the second purchase of the year for Oliver’s, which bought French regional property management company Homes & Provence, which had 23 villas, in July, and also 27 villas in Finnish Lapland.
Oliver’s co-founder Oliver Bell said he expects to announce further acquisitions by the end of the year.
He added: “We are delighted to announce our second acquisition of the year, further expanding our presence in the beautiful region of Menorca.
“This strategic move not only adds a stunning collection of villas to our portfolio but also underscores our commitment to offering unparalleled experiences in one of Europe’s most sought-after destinations.
