Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Arrange client travel, research locations and source availability.
- managing the booking process from start to finish.
- Manage complex bookings out of hours.
- Providing efficient customer service to ensure our clients’ needs are satisfied.
- Locating the best available rates and in the best available location.
- Deliver on revenue targets through building VIP client relationships to stimulate and retain new and existing business.
- Process all reservation requests, confirmations, changes, and cancellations received by telephone or email.
- Monitor and Manage GDS queues and provide support when required.
Essential Requirements
- Business travel experience is imperative
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or sabre.
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Strong Negotiator and a professional telephone manner
- Advanced Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and use of the internet)
