Charlotte Davies, the owner of homeworking group Luxury Holidays and Honeymoons (LHH), has launched a new travel agency with partner Joshua Clarke.

Companies House shows the pair registered a business on 25 May 2024, six months after LHH suddenly ceased trading.

Several LHH agents told Travel Gossip they were still owed thousands of pounds each in commission by the homeworking company, which launched in 2020.

LHH had been operating under the ABTA licence of Andrew Earles Holidays, which took over its outstanding bookings last November. Owner Andrew Earle claims LHH also owes him more than £100,000 for commission not earned, card fees and management costs.

LHH was issued with a strike off notice in February 2024, but this was discontinued on 4 May, three weeks before Charlotte and Joshua registered their new company.

They are both listed as joint Managing Directors and joint owners of the new business, LHH Holidays, based in Manchester.

It is listed as a travel agency with Companies House, but no further details are available.

Travel Gossip has approached Charlotte for a comment.
