Northwest-based Travel Agency Perfect Getaways is to open two new stores on Merseyside.
The first, in Kirkby, will open in July and will be the ninth shop in the group, which opened its first store in 2017.
The location for a 10th branch, also on Merseyside, will be announced within the next few weeks.
Perfect Getaways’ existing agencies are all in the northwest, with one each in Liverpool, Wirral, Birkenhead, Isle of Man, Widnes and St Helens, and two in Cheshire.
The agency’s concept is ‘Your Holiday Starts Here’, with stores set up with a kids’ corner, sweet shop and video games to help keep younger ones occupied while adults find holiday deals and enjoy complimentary drinks at the Getaway bar.
Managing Director Nicola Palmer said: “We are so excited to be opening a store in Kirkby. Over the next couple of years we are really looking to cement ourselves as Merseyside’s local travel agent of choice. We plan to continue expansion, with no plans to slow down, the next shop is already in sight and we hope to announce it very soon, so watch this space.”
