Working exclusively with our client we are now on the hunt for an experienced Remote Luxury Travel Manager to join a prestigious travel company working remotely in Dubai or Riyadh.

The ideal Travel Manager will use their knowledge and experience in the travel industry to drive demand and manage a team who are experts in the handcrafting and booking of bespoke luxury itineraries for ultra-high net worth/VIP clients.

Remote Luxury Travel Manager Duties:

• Identify, assess and enhance operation efficiencies, quality control, improved customer experience and financial performance of the company.
• Recruit a team of sales and operations professionals.
• Train the travel team of sales and operations.
• Drive demand through business development.
• Work with the MD to prepare quarterly and yearly budgets.
• Present financial, operational, and human resource issues to MD at weekly meetings
• Collaborate with all departments to reach targets and help exceed revenue, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Represent the company at conferences and events.
• Ensure the development of strong relationships with individual hotels, transportation, tour, and attraction suppliers, as well as destination management companies.
• You will be supported with our clients excellent supplier relationships (as well as being expected to build new ones), negotiated contracts and an extremely friendly and helpful team around you.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in managing a travel team remotely for a luxury tour operator is essential as the travel team are situated across the globe.
• Exceptional communication English skills to clients and internally as you lead the team to think outside the box and find solutions for the discerning client base. This can sometimes be at the very last minute so organisation and ability to balance and manage your time efficiently is imperative.
• Exceptional management and business development skills from a luxury tour operator background.
• Meticulous to detail and capable of managing a remote travel team.
• Be used to driving sales within the travel industry.
