Upmarket cruise line Silversea is celebrating the relaunch of its training programme by giving away the chance to travel with a guest on one of its ships.
The Silversea Academy training platform consists of product, destination and ship modules that are continuously updated with the latest Silversea offers.
More than 20 courses are available, featuring short, interactive modules that can be completed at the learner’s own pace.
Agents can earn digital badges with each course to display on their website and email signature, as well as earn certifications acknowledging they have become Classic Ocean-Going, Expedition and Ultra-Luxury specialists.
To celebrate the relaunch of the Silversea Academy the cruise line is giving away a suite for two on a Silversea voyage.
Agents need to complete up to three certifications by 30 September 2023 to be entered into the prize draw.
The more certifications completed, the more entries go into the prize draw.
