Seven agents have each won £2,000 towards their own holiday in this month’s Big Hays Travel Thank You.
The scheme has returned for the third year, with staff from across the group, including Travel House and Miles Morgan Travel, getting the chance to win one of seven prizes each month from September to November.
The staff who won £2,000 towards a holiday of their choice this month are: The Bridges Sunderland Travel Consultant Joanne Liu, Oldbury Branch Manager Stephanie Wheeler, Exeter St Thomas Travel Consultant Kelly Redman, Peterhead Travel Consultant Sarah Davidson, Wrexham Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant Libby Fitzpatrick, Learning and Development Coach Laurent Kent and Virtual Contact Centre Sales Consultant Urmila Weller.
Lauren (pictured below) said: “I was utterly shocked when I found out that I’d won. My team actually gate-crashed my online Teams video call to break the exciting news asking if I had seen the company update.”
Joanne said: “To be told I had won was truly amazing, having only worked for Hays Travel five years since Thomas Cook went into liquidation. What an absolute surprise and an amazing company to work for.”
Hays Chair Dame Irene Hays said: “We are overjoyed by the response from September’s winners, and we hope that October’s prize brings happiness to colleagues as we approach the winter months.
