The Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association has announced the winners of the 2024 Sparkle Awards, held on Friday 6 September at The Caledonian in Edinburgh.
It said these awards recognise the ‘outstanding’ contributions of front-line travel agency staff in Scotland.
The winners are:
SPAA President Jacqueline Dobson said: “This year’s winners have truly set the benchmark for excellence in the travel industry.
“Their commitment to providing exceptional service and their ability to navigate the challenges of the industry with grace and professionalism are truly commendable.”
