Agents are being called upon to take part in Expedition Cruise Network’s (ECN) survey, with the chance to win a case of wine.
The membership organisation which connects expedition cruise operators with the travel trade is asking agents to give their opinions on how they would like to see the sector develop for the ECN’s inaugural Industry Insights Report.
Respondents have until Tuesday 7 November to fill in the survey and will be entered into a draw to win a case of Sea Change Wine.
Findings will then be shared with the wider travel trade community so that expedition cruise operators improve their product and service.
Currently the ECN has 18 cruise line members and more than 800 travel trade members.
Cruise line operators include AE Expeditions, Albatros Expeditions, Australis, Hapag Lloyd Cruises, Heritage Expeditions, Hurtigruten, Intrepid, Latin Trails, Lindblad Expeditions, PONANT, Quark Expeditions, Seabourn, Silversea, Swan Hellenic, UnCruise Adventures, Metropolitan Touring, Polar Latitudes, Oceanwide.
