This exciting administration role is ideal for an experienced sales support, operations or administration professional with experience in the travel industry seeking career progression and something a little different.
Please note only suitable candidates from a tour operator background will be considered for this post. GDS experience such as Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus is ideal.

Tour Operations Admin Executive Duties:
- Support the Sales Teams in all aspects of administration pre and post travel.
- Adding travel ancillaries such as airport lounges, car hire, helicopter transfers, luxury extras for hotel room etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day tour supplier communications and overall customer experience.
- Arranging all pre-travel logistical details including itineraries, train routes, and excursion bookings.
- Schedule changes for low-cost airlines & GDS.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and correct.
- Ensuring clients are always given a first-class service.
