We are looking for a passionate travel professional to join the Sales and Marketing Team and to help take this exciting part of the business forward whilst providing exceptional customer service. Travel Account Manager Duties:
- Account managing and developing new travel partnerships
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Help maximise sales and create growth across new and existing travel partnerships through relationship development and tailored event products to meet client objectives.
- Produce proposals, presentations and webinars for clients.
- Deliver extensive and effective communication with the Flights and Operations teams in setting and meeting client requirements and meeting key deadlines.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven account management or similar b2b sales experience within the travel industry is essential.
- Proven experience in building and developing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office software.
