A global IT outage has affected some businesses across the world, including some transport providers.


Not all companies are affected, for those that have been, the impact varies from company to company.


If you are travelling today, this best advice is to check with your transport providers to see if they have been affected.


For example, if you’re flying, check both the information from your airline and your airport, and also how you plan to get to the airport. It’s important to remember that the outage is affecting businesses in different ways, so it is really important to check whether your travel plans are affected.

As some transport providers are warning of possible delays, travellers are advised to carry essential items such as snacks, medication, baby formula, nappies etc in their hand luggage.
