This exciting role is responsible for developing and growing our clients presence within the travel agency community in the Key regional areas of the UK.

Travel Agency Sales Manager Duties:
- Working with the Sales teams to develop and deliver our clients UK travel community strategy.
- Build strong relationships with our key agents to maximise revenues through, but not limited to, marketing, delivering staff training and educational trips
- Identify and win new business – for our tailor made, escorted tours, expedition cruise and villas products.
- Organise and host educational trips.
- Attend appropriate industry events and forums in the UK & abroad.
- Provide market feedback and intelligence to the executive and senior management team.
- Providing exemplary customer service to our travel agents and their employees.
- Negotiate commission levels with agents in accordance with management guidance.
Essential Requirements:
- Similar experience selling to agents is essential within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
