Travel Business Management & Development Manager Duties:
- Take full ownership of the travel branch operations, administration, and business growth.
- Lead the promotion of inbound and outbound holiday packages, corporate and retail ticketing, and hotel bookings.
- Drive B2B business by developing relationships with travel agents, and other partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and design strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, especially airlines.
- Negotiate contracts, fares, and commissions with airlines and other service providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and develop partnerships to enhance the service offerings.
- Build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle client escalations and complex booking issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Organise and participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing activities to promote services.
