What will I be doing as a Travel Consultant?
- Crafting tours, tailormade trips, adventure travel, luxury trips and many mor holiday types to customers and make their dreams come true.
- Communicate with customers to help them find their perfect trip, building a rapport and establishing needs. From Safari’s to desserts to fly and flop holidays – take part in some memorable fam trips.
- Coordinate services with suppliers in each country and airlines.
- Deal with all customer requirements, from initial enquiry through to booking and queries prior to departure.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience within a travel agent or tour operator is essential.
- A passion for travel, having visited a number of our destinations
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Fluent English both written and oral is essential to this role.
