Travel Counsellors saw its total transaction value (TTV) rise 31% in the last financial year to reach £941.6 million.
The increase for the year to the end of October 2023 followed its acquisition of rival homeworking business Holidaysplease last March for an undisclosed sum.
In a trading update, Travel Counsellors said both its leisure and corporate businesses had delivered record results.
Its corporate TTV rose to £215m, but more than 79% of its sales were leisure bookings.
Revenue rose by 31% to £456.6 million and pre-tax earnings were up 64% to £32.8m.
Some 300 more agents signed up to Travel Counsellors during the year, including those who joined from Holidaysplease, which had 100 homeworkers and 50 franchisees via its Holiday Franchise Company when it was bought.
Bookings for the first half of the current year were up a further 14% against the same period of the previous year, and a further 148 agents have joined, pushing its total number of agents to over 2,000.
CEO Steve Bryne said: “FY23 was another record year for Travel Counsellors as we delivered significant profitable growth and strategic progress across the business.
“This positive outcome is once again a firm demonstration of the strength of our differentiated strategy and was underpinned by the record number of customers who trusted Travel Counsellors with their leisure and corporate travel needs.
“Our strong momentum has continued into the first six months of the current financial year with strong further double digit TTV growth.
