Travel Counsellors’ entire induction and on-boarding training programme has been officially accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT).

ITT has extended certification from Travel Counsellors’ Travel Academy for industry newcomers to encompass all induction content.

The homeworking group said it was one of the first companies to receive the ‘prestigious’ accreditation.

Director of Franchise Sales Matt Harding said: “We are delighted that our entire induction training has been recognised by such a prestigious body as the Institute of Travel and Tourism.

“This accreditation reflects our commitment to upholding the highest standards in both the content and delivery of our induction and on-boarding training.

“Our focus remains on attracting the highest calibre talent and providing our Travel Counsellors with a strong foundation for success, alongside continuous support throughout their entrepreneurial journey with us.”

Claire Steiner, Chair – Education and Training Committee at the Institute of Travel and Tourism, added: “This accreditation is a well-deserved recognition of the high calibre of Travel Counsellors’ onboarding programme, reflecting the excellence in training content and delivery they provide.”
