Travel Customer Experience Consultant Duties:
- Manage and process booking confirmations, liaising with DMCs and hotels.
- Cross-verify booking confirmations against original bookings.
- Communicate proactively with Travel Team about bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with DMCs, hotels, and partners.
- Offer backup support to Travel Sales Consultants.
- Growing the Sales support team and thinking about future structure of team.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in the travel industry within sales and/or operations.
- Preference for those who have travelled extensively within South East Asia.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Looking for career development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
