This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Finance Manager from a travel industry background looking for career development to join a dynamic travel company.
Travel Finance Manager Duties:
- Maintain accurate monthly control account reconciliations for all accounts and bank accounts for monthly review by the MD.
- Ensure all statutory filings and payments are made on time – including VAT, PAYE and NI.
- Involvement in the annual budgeting process.
- Manage the Payroll via our outsourced payroll provider. Ensuring all submissions are made within timelines.
- Manage and process all required transactions and ensure cash balances are reconciled daily and cash levels are managed.
- Manage client invoicing process, payment tracking as well as supplier invoicing and making payments.
- Preparation of annual budgets and regular cash flow forecasts.
- Supervising the revenue and credit control of the business. Including monthly reviews of supplier debtors.
- Actualising bookings and reporting analysis on a monthly basis.
- Producing analysis and tracking of profit drivers per region.
- Actualising P&L forecasts.
- Responsible for handling ATOL and APC returns.
- Accurate processing of accruals, prepayments and fixed assets on a monthly basis.
