Laura Clark has become Training and Development Manager for Travel Gossip’s new AI-powered training platform Agent Intelligence.
Laura joins from Key Travel in Manchester, where she was Corporate Travel Consultant. She has also worked at Carlson Wagonlit, Hogg Robinson, Gold Medal and First Choice.
In the newly created role, Laura will oversee the onboarding process for new clients, showcase Agent Intelligence to prospective clients, manage technical enhancements and help agents maximise the benefits of the innovative technology.
Laura will also support the wider Travel Gossip team in delivering engaging online ‘Take 5’ video sessions and hosting Travel Gossip Roadshow events.
