Called Agent Intelligence, the training solution is designed to educate agents about products and destinations, while enhancing their sales skills through interactive roleplay and coaching, using market-leading AI technology.
Agent Intelligence features Guru, an always-on interactive portal that provides up-to-date information and sales coaching to ensure agents have the knowledge they need at their fingertips.
Travel Gossip’s launch partner for Agent Intelligence is a premier European tourism destination and the solution has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Travel Gossip’s existing trade marketing solutions, including roadshows, Take 5 live sessions, bootcamps, agent rewards and social media campaigns.
