Travel Gossip’s artificial intelligence-powered e-learning and interactive sales training platform has gone live, with Austria Tourism its launch partner.
Called Agent Intelligence, the training solution is designed to educate agents about products and destinations, while enhancing sales skills through interactive roleplay and coaching, using AI technology.
Austria Tourism UK Travel Trade Manager Magdalena Penz said: “We are delighted to be Travel Gossip’s first tourism board partner for this brand-new AI-powered travel agent training solution. We hope it will not only help agents to unlock new insights into Austria as an all-year round destination but that the interactive nature of the tool supports them in their day-to-day sales efforts.”

Agent Intelligence has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Travel Gossip’s existing trade marketing solutions, including roadshows, Take 5 sessions, bootcamps, agent rewards and social media campaigns.
Agents who complete the Austria Expert course by the end of November will enter a draw to win one of three prizes. The first is a culinary goodie bag with a cake voucher, tea, Espresso cup and more; the second is an outdoor goodie bag with a blanket, water bottle, lunch box and more, and the third is an Austria rucksack filled with a Swarovski crystal water jug, a bottle of Austrian wine and more.
