Travel Operations Executive Duties:
- Working with the existing Operations department to deliver tours to the client.
- Successfully managing the administration of the tour for each customer.
- Managing the customer relationship from sale until the group returns.
- Working with travel ground handlers and suppliers.
- Building a network of providers in different countries.
Essential Requirements:
- Existing or previous experience working with groups is a great advantage
- Experience within a tour operator or travel agent is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of sport is important
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
