Travel Operations Quality Control Executive Duties:
- Check all travel bookings made by the sales teams are to ensure they have been booked correctly.
- Checking travel invoices are correct.
- Advising of any travel extras such as car hire or airport lounges.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
Essential Experience:
- Experience within an operations role for a retail travel agency, tour operator or airline is essential.
- Trained to a high IT standard including Word and Excel experience.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of using a GDS (Galileo/Sabre/Worldspan/Amadeus) ideal but not essential.
