Dynamic packaging and cruise solutions company Traveltek has been bought for an undisclosed sum.
New owner Juniper Group, part of Vela Software and Constellation Software, a publicly traded Canadian company, said there will be no changes to Traveltek’s management team.
In a statement, Traveltek said: “We remain fully committed to delivering the same exceptional service and support as always, especially as we approach the close of this year and gear up for the January peak season across our global markets.”
Traveltek CEO Mal Barritt added: “We are absolutely thrilled to become part of Juniper Group, and the wider Vela Software and Constellation Software family. Traveltek was founded more than 20 years ago and recently expanded into the US.
