Fred. Holidays has appointed Tricia Birmingham to a newly created role of Director of Tour Operations.
She joins from dnata/Gold Medal and Travel2 where she was Trading Director Tour Operations – B2B Europe.
Tricia has also held senior positions with Shearings Holidays, Tradewinds and Cresta Holidays.
Her new role has been created following a strategy review of the Fred. Olsen Travel business.
Tricia said: “Fred. Holidays is a company that I have admired for a number of years so I am excited to be taking on this new challenge.
“As Director of Tour Operations I will oversee the entire Fred. Holidays operation including Land, Rail, Cruise and the Discover programme, showcasing the brand and its portfolio to build awareness in the industry, as well as scaling the business and supporting its growth and success post-pandemic.”
