TUI UK & Ireland has boosted its trade team with nine new members, bringing the total to 17.

The operator said the new team, which reports to Head of Trade Relations Andrew Isherwood, is ‘testament to [its] commitment to support UK travel agents in selling TUI products’.

Among the new team members are four regional trade relations managers, headed up by Senior Trade Relations Manager Holly Wood, who will also be covering the south of England. The rest of her team consists of Trade Relations Managers Gavin Enever, covering the North; Craig Moffat, covering Scotland; Kerri Rasberry, covering the Midlands and Siobhan Bosket, covering Northern Ireland.

In addition to the new trade relations team, TUI has expanded its trade relations support with three executives reporting to Trade Relations Support Manager Hayley Vaughan. They are David Shelford, Corrie Edwards and Kirsty Reid. They join existing trade relations ream members Helen Craddock and Jack Garbutt.

The final new addition to the team is TUI Training Delivery Manager Deborah Crannage, who will be responsible for all agent training requirements across the UK.

The team will also be supported by the four-strong Marella Cruises trade team led by Senior Trade Relations Manager Steven Heath. The rest of the Marella Cruises team is made up of Trade Relations Managers Cruise Jessica Garner and Amanda Love, along with Cruise Training Delivery Manager Sarah Whitehouse.

TUI UK &I Chief Marketing Officer Neil Swanson said: “The new TUI trade team is ready to hit the ground running and get out meeting independent agents ahead of the turn of year booking period.

“But this isn’t just for Christmas, it’s a long-term commitment and we are here to stay.

“The team are working on their plans for 2024 and beyond to ensure they are building strong and sustainable relationships with our independent agent partners.

“We have put a lot of time and investment into building an industry leading trade team. We can’t wait to get out there and further support our agent partners.”
