TUI has partnered with Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway for the third year in a row in a deal that the operator says will be the biggest audience prize giveaway in British TV.
Each of the 415 people in the audience for the first show in the new series, which started on Saturday 24 February, were given a Takeaway Getaway voucher.
The audience, which consisted of local community heroes, foster parents and charity fundraisers, can choose a TUI land holiday or, for the first time since the partnership began, a Marella cruise.
More than 200 viewers will also win a Takeaway Getaway over the next few weeks, to mark the 20th series of the show.
A dedicated team of personal travel advisors will fulfil the bookings.
Leanne Johnson, who heads up the team, said: “We’re so excited to be part of this again this year; it’s an absolute joy to connect with the winners, hear their stories and help them find their perfect holiday.
“There’s more choice than ever before with cruises included this series, and it’s our job to guide them through what’s on offer and identify the best getaway for their specific needs.
