Carnival Cruise Line has begun a new partnership with USAirtours for its trade-only booking office.

The cruise line’s official booking platform, called Crew, was set up in 2022, to offer agents the ability to sell ATOL-bonded packages through a dedicated team at trade rates.

It was initially serviced by Cheshire-based Aviate, until Carnival signed a partnership deal with USAirtours this month.

Carnival said the USAirtours deal will give agents access to a wider array of package options, with flights, pre- and post- cruise accommodation, transfers and attraction tickets available.

Carnival Director UK & International Sales Luke Smith said: “By joining forces with USAirtours, we are enhancing the capabilities of Crew, ensuring that agents have the tools and resources they need to create amazing cruise holidays for their customers.

“Our previous partnership with Aviate has been instrumental in laying the foundations for this progression, and we would like to thank them for their hard work and support over the last two years.”

USAirtours Head of Sales Jessie Manzi said the new partnership ‘means agents can offer their customers some of the best cruise packages in the market at highly competitive prices’.
