Vertical Systems and cruise distribution platform Dreamlake have launched a fully automated time-saving booking service for cruise agent Travel Village.
Vertical said the technology ‘significantly enhances efficiency with zero labour costs’.
The service automates the entire process, from the moment a customer initiates a booking to the generation of a file in the back-office system.
Vertical Systems MD Ben Rodger said: “When Phil came to us at the beginning of November and asked us for an end-to-end solution before peaks, for his increasing number of cruise bookings, we knew we had our work cut out.
“To deliver it to him and his team as promised before Christmas is testament to ours and Dreamlake’s mutual desires to deliver agent performance enhancing technologies.”
Travel Village CEO Phil Nuttall added: “It’s been an exciting journey working with Ben and the team at Vertical Systems and Ewout and the team at Dreamlake.
“Everything we asked for has been delivered on time and SouthamptonCruiseCentre.com (part of Travel Village, which sells ex-Southampton cruises) has had its busiest month ever in January.”
