Virgin Atlantic is to relaunch its Heathrow to Dubai service for winter 2023.

The service will operate four times a week from 28 October, using a Boeing 787-9 aircraft, with 31 Upper Class, 35 Premium and 192 Economy seats.

Flights go on sale on 7 June, starting at £505 return.

Virgin Atlantic last operated flights to Dubai in March 2019.

The carrier is also expanding services from Manchester, with a new route to Las Vegas in summer 2024.

The Las Vegas route will be operated on Virgin Atlantic’s newest aircraft, the Airbus A350-1000, with 16 Upper Class, 56 Premium, and 325 Economy seats as well as its social space in Upper Class, The Booth.

Fares start from £770 per person in Economy.

Meanwhile, Virgin is to offer inter-island flying in the Caribbean from 14 June, allowing travellers to hop from Barbados to Grenada or St Vincent and the Grenadines.

The inter-island flights will be complemented by extra services to St Vincent and the Grenadines, which will operate three times a week this winter.
