Wendy Wu Tours has launched a collection of cruise and tour holidays for the first time.
The Asia specialist is partnering with cruise lines such as Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean and Azamara to offer itineraries around the region, combining them with its own land tours.
Wendy Wu says the move is addressing ‘the increasing desire for seamless, multifaceted holidays’.
Head of Trade Sales Gary King said: “Wendy Wu Tours is about delivering unparalleled travel experiences. Our new Cruise & Tour collection exemplifies this, offering customers the unique opportunity to explore Asia from both sea and land. The early interest and bookings highlight the demand for such comprehensive travel experiences.
“This launch is fantastic news for our travel agents as it empowers them to offer an even broader array of unique and captivating holiday options to their clients.”
Gary said the operator’s trade support team will be visiting agents to provide in-depth training sessions and promotional materials.
He added: “We are committed to equipping our agents with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively promote our new Cruise & Tour collection, ensuring they can offer their customers exceptional value and unforgettable experiences.”
To celebrate the launch, Wendy Wu Tours is offering a special ‘Partner Flies Free’ promotion, with savings of up to £600 per person, or a 50% airfare discount for solo travellers, available for bookings made by 31 July.
Highlight itineraries include a ‘21-day China by Land, Japan by Sea’ package, which features a land tour followed by a seven-night cruise with Royal Caribbean from Shanghai. Prices start from £5,980 per person.
