Specialist tour operator Wexas has made a host of new sales team appointments including four staff members from Classic Collection Holidays.
Vicky Virgo (pictured) has taken on the role as Head of Sales – she was previously Contact Centre Manager at Classic Collection, where she worked for 16 years.
Also joining from Classic Collection are Mark Udal, Eva Bryant and Lynn Jordan Willis. Mark will take on the role of European Team Leader, while Eva is a specialist in Italy, Malta and the Greek Islands, and Lynn is joining the Scandinavia sales team.
The team is further bolstered with three more sales consultants, including Adam Lowe who spent 14 years with Trailfinders, Amy Lucas who joins from Wildfoot Travel and the American Road Trip Company, and Faye Jones, who has held roles at at Scott Dunn, Newmarket Holidays and Unforgettable Travel Company.
In addition to the sales team appointments, Wexas’ marketing team has also hired Joel Rabinowitz from easyJet Holidays as Senior Content Specialist.
Vicky said: “I’m excited to join Wexas with its extensive experience in worldwide travel and industry reputation for high service standards. I look forward to continuing the development of their three established brands to achieve further sales growth, customer retention and satisfaction.”
