Wonky Sheep Travel launches Wales rugby package

Welsh tour operator Wonky Sheep Travel has launched its first Wales rugby tour and is chartering a flight for fans to see the Six Nations match against Italy next year.

The three-night trip will leave Cardiff on 6 February 2025 for the match, in Rome, on 8 February.

Supporters will be able to book a flight and ticket package or a full trip, including accommodation, with prices starting at £575 per person.

Wonky Sheep already runs the Official Wales football fan travel and has recently launched its own non-sports tours, starting with a trip to Argentina and Patagonia.

Owner Dave Dulin said: “We’ve been looking at launching rugby for a while, but other things have got us side-tracked. Now feels the right time to do it as we start to expand our range of offerings in and out of sport which will become more apparent in the coming months.

“The move into rugby also fits in with group trips we already offer as many of them are sports teams and we do get asked about Wales rugby.”

Agents can book spaces on the trip. Email info@wonkysheep.co.uk for more details.
