Blue Bay Travel is looking to hire a second Business Development Executive to support its self-employed homeworkers.
The role, which might be home- or office-based, or hybrid, will help with the onboarding and mentoring of Personal Travel Consultants, as well as supporting their businesses and growth.
The BDE will support the homeworking team and create strong partnerships with suppliers, said Blue Bay.
It said they will be on hand to assist with any PTC queries, advise on individual business plans and provide information.
Blue Bay PTC Assistant Manager Vikki Griffin switched roles to become the company’s first Business Development Executive this month.
The company now has 50 homeworkers.
