In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration shall take place in London, England, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ITA reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
