We are seeking an experienced Amadeus Operations Executive to join a luxury travel company working remotely. This is a great role for a GDS trained Operations/Support Executive from a tour operator background, seeking something a little different. Remote role however from time to time a visit to the London or Manchester office will be required.

Experience of working for a tour operator in an operations support/concierge role, knowledge of Amadeus. Must have a high standard of attention to detail, can manage and prioritise workload.

This well established tour operator offers an array of travel products for clients and agents globally.
Amadeus Operations Executive Duties:
- Offering Concierge service to all clients to include pre-booking spa treatments, dinner reservations and children’s clubs, airport lounges etc. when confirmations are sent to the client. Follow up on this when travel documents are sent.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that contacts are made with the hotel concierge at our preferred hotels.
- For VIP clients and clients booking special trips ensure that a bottle of wine and welcome letter is arranged at their first hotel.
- For all clients pre book seating & any special requirements at the time of ticket issue. Liaison with TA if seats are chargeable
- Booking transfers, chauffeurs, restaurants and excursions
- Produce accurate documentation ensuring it is dispatched on time
- Checking all bookings at confirmations & updating documentation.
- Liaising with Travel Agents/clients and assisting with any requirement/issues
- Monitoring GDS queues
