This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager from a travel agent background with recruiting, onboarding and training experience.

You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and developing a nationwide network of self-employed Travel Partners, ensuring they are supported, compliant and positioned for long-term success.
Business Development & On-boarding Manager Duties:
- Lead and deliver a strategic recruitment campaign for Travel Partners.
- Manage the vetting, onboarding and induction process.
- Design and deliver training and coaching programmes.
- Drive engagement, performance and retention across the network.
- Monitor KPIs and report on recruitment, onboarding and partner performance.
Business Development & On-boarding Manager – Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the travel industry, ideally with a Travel Homeworking operation or a Tour Operator.
- Strong understanding of the UK homeworking travel market.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, commercially aware and people-centric.
- Shine in Social Media, be the face of our clients homeworking team in all recruitment campaigns.
